QfxService

This is an extended service from uniforx GmbH for dynamic routing - Quest for X - i.e. a route to any destination. Basically, you can imagine the function at the end like "bit.ly", only with a little more "intelligence" in the routing. The links between the physical and virtual worlds in particular require an intermediate layer to keep them in sync for as long as possible. Virtual services change very quickly, but once links have been placed, they cannot keep up with the pace and do not have to. The QforX service is the key component for precisely this connection.

Unlike many other services of this type, QforX has a dynamic service provider. This means that thousands of set links can be adapted immediately as a dynamic route if the structure of the service changes. This feature makes it possible for QforX to be used in a structured way for numerous services. QforX is therefore "only" a routing provider without its own content.

Why QfxService?

A QR code should be as compact as possible so that it can be read quickly and reliably. At the same time, the content should be as durable as possible. A QR code on the products can link to "domain.com/123". The actual information is then enriched dynamically via a service. In this way, for example, service portals can be connected and a better service offered.
